BeTheClip Free, Plus and the open 72-hour experience

Free covers downloads, local import, trim, mute, save, export and system sharing. Plus or a valid trial unlocks new frame, rotation, text, solid-mask and fixed-mosaic edits.

The free experience starts only when an eligible verified account actively claims it. A new claim lasts 72 continuous hours, once per account; installing or signing in does not start it.

The optional three-day experience is open. It requires a verified account and a compatible client; no payment is required and it does not automatically charge.

Before you begin

  • Use a verified BeTheClip account.
  • Use Android 0.1.3 (11) or a later compatible build, or the account website; the public version name alone does not identify the build number.
  • Check the displayed access state; existing Plus access or a previously claimed experience affects eligibility.

Step by step

  1. Review Free and Plus

    Open Membership and review the available benefits. Free has one configured destination; active Plus or a valid trial removes that configured-count limit.

  2. Check the account

    Sign in to your verified account and use Refresh to read current access. An unavailable state is not active Plus.

  3. Claim only if eligible

    When shown, choose Start 3-day free experience. Wait for the actual account response; do not treat a button tap as a completed claim.

  4. Read the resulting expiry

    Check the active state and displayed end time. Use premium tools within valid access and keep saved work for later viewing or export.

If the action is unavailable

Check verification, compatibility and current entitlement. The account website is an alternative for a compatible claim; contact support if the displayed error persists.

Paid offers show the actual Google Play price and renewal terms before purchase. The free experience itself is not an automatic paid subscription.

What to know

  • A repeat claim does not restart or extend the original experience. Previously granted experiences retain their recorded expiry.
  • Access does not guarantee every source link, media format or receiving app will work.

Questions and answers

Will I be charged when the experience ends?

No. This product experience requires no payment and does not automatically charge. A separately purchased subscription follows its confirmed renewal terms.

What remains when Plus or the experience ends?

Free tools and existing saved work remain available to open, save and export; new premium edits require current access.

Does installing the app start the timer?

No. The timer starts with the first accepted claim by the verified account.
